I ordered from peterglenn.com and didnt think it would move along that quickly. I got the confirmation almost right away, and the shipping update showed up not long after that.
The whole thing was easy and I wasnt sitting there wondering what was happening with my order. Its always nice when a site just handles it and gets stuff shipped out fast. Id definitely use them again.

My order arrived without any issues, and I appreciated the tracking emails. They were easy to follow, so I had a good idea of where my package was most of the time. There was one point where the updates took a little longer to refresh, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’d say it’s a smooth experience.

I also liked being able to see what other people were picking and saying in reviews, because that definitely helped me feel better about my choice. Overall, I was happy with the selection

The prices weren’t terrible, but they were just okay. I was expecting a bit more value for what I paid. It wasn’t bad enough to make a huge fuss at first, but after thinking it over, I’d probably bring it up with customer service or a manager next time if the pricing feels the same.

I ordered a jacket from Peter Glenn and ended up needing a different size. The return process was straightforward, and I had no issue finding the instructions or printing the label, so that part was smooth enough.
Reading between the lines, I think the exchange just moved a little slower than expected rather than anything actually going wrong. Customer service did reply to my email, and the new size arrived in good shape, so overall it was a decent experience. I’d give it 4 stars mostly because of the extra wait.
